With their in-depth industry knowledge and history of success, the team builds innovative and effective solutions for today’s fast-paced P&C business environment.


Frank Giardina, President

Frank is President of IDP and has worked in the IT field for more than 25 years. Prior to working at IDP, he held numerous leadership positions in the industry, including AVP of Application Development at PNC Bank; Philadelphia Insurance Companies as AVP of Application Development, to VP of Information Technology, and CIO-VP and Director of Information Services; and Mutual Risk Management as VP and Chief Technology Officer. He also ran a consulting practice specializing in IT Strategic Planning, Project Management and Project Execution.

Frank holds an Associate’s Degree in Data Processing from Pierce Junior College, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business.

Terry Panichelli, Chief Operating Officer

Terry is IDP’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for implementations, product development and client relationships.  She has more than 25 years of insurance operations and IT experience in numerous executive positions focusing on new product development and strategic growth in customer service, account services, policy holder services, and underwriting departments. Terry is well versed in workflow analysis and systems integration, having served as VP of Business Process Management and VP of Automated Services among other leadership roles at Philadelphia Insurance Companies.

Prior to joining IDP, Terry was a licensed agent and owned her own insurance agency.  She also owned a successful consulting business serving as a strategic advisor to MEI, Axis Capital, Church Mutual and other P&C companies for software development projects and IT initiatives Terry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Drexel University.

Mike Ianniccari, Chief Information Officer

Mike is the Chief Information Officer, responsible for developing and executing the IT strategic direction as well as overall responsibility for the infrastructure, architecture, hosting, and information security functions within the organization.  Mike has more than 20 years of information technology management experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  He has held senior IT management positions at Provident Mutual Life, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, and Bank of America.  Most recently, Mike had responsibility for the hosting and the information security functions at InsPro Technologies.  Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from West Chester University.

Chuck Farrell, SVP – Client Operations & Support

Chuck is the SVP of Client Operations and Support at IDP, where his team provides insurance insights for implementation, consulting, and product development work. He has been with IDP since 2003, also serving as Engagement Manager for policy module implementations and as Product Engineering Manager for IDP’s billing and claims modules. Prior to joining IDP, Chuck was the VP of IT for a small P&C insurer, the AVP for an AON Affinity Services Enterprise Document Management implementation, and has held various technical leadership roles in CIGNA’s P&C Insurance Systems Division. Along with his broad technical skillset and managerial experience, Chuck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Steven Craig, Chief Marketing Officer

Steven is the Chief Marketing Officer. He brings over 35 years’ experience in the P&C information services and software arena in complex leadership roles focusing on sales and marketing, business and new product development, strategy, database development, vehicle telematics and operations for products, services and software into the insurance marketplace with Verisk Analytics and Policy Management Systems Corporation. Steven is accomplished in team development and leadership, market positioning, product branding, financial and sales planning and execution, new product launches, acquisitions and integration. He has orchestrated numerous partnership deals for industry leading insurance products, content, licensing agreements and service agreements. Steven holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Utah.
